I have a personal mindfulness practice which started when i was just. a child. Along with my personal practice I am a fully trained mindfulness teacher holding qualifications such as:

From a digital perspective I am a fully trained Microsoft Professional and a qualified in Prince 2 for project management. I have worked within the digital sector in a number of roles such as: support, infrastructure, management, training, project delivery and data analysis.
Having worked within the digital sector and through observing friends and family in their digital engagement, I have become aware of the stresses and vulnerabilities it can place in one's life.
The aim of Pause Now is to support people with their general wellbeing and to aid individuals in fostering an awareness in relation to their digital lives. Through my research journey I believe that such practice can support with the issues that arise within modern life in relation to the stress when computers go wrong, the messages in the press and the stories told through social media, to name but a few.
