Mindfulness can help you learn valuable techniques to support you with the anxieties and inner conflicts of modern life?
I take a personalised and e approach to mindfulness and well-being. I work by teaching you how to develop mindfulness based skills to support you with the stress of planning a wedding and the big day it's self. I also offer wedding planning support and can help you in many ways: from talking through your ideas, to allow you to truly know what you want, to budgeting or even supporting you in all aspects of your wedding, from venue through to honeymoon.

I take a personalised and evidence-based approach to mindfulness and well-being. I work by teaching you how to develop mindfulness based skills to support within daily life. I further specialise in supporting digital engagement through mindfulness based practices, and with this utilising the latest research and techniques to help my clients achieve their health goals, both online and off.
I am also an eager researcher working on projects which integrate mindfulness and contemplative practice within the world of IT and the online arena - an area in which I hold an MSc and am just completing a PhD. The answer to my research findings so far shows that those with a mindfulness based practice have a good level of digital criticality and awareness in relation to the content they view. A finding I can credit through a 20 year career within ICT and my 15 year Mindfulness teaching journey.
